Analyser systems:
It is beneficial to combine the measurement devices and other components in a compact- built system in case our analyser devices shall be used for the measurement of gases and liquids at chemical production sites.
This can be achieved by a mounting board or better, an analyser cabinet. By choice, the cabinets are made of steel, stainless steel, aluminium or GFR/GRP. Configurations according to ATEX are possible for the operation within explosion hazardous locations.
Additional components are:
?nbsp; Shutoff valves,
?nbsp; Valves, operated manually, pneumatically or electromagnetically,
to let calibration liquids flow into the sample cell.
The valves can be controlled by the evaluation device.
?nbsp; Valves, to switch over several liquid streams to the sample cell.
?nbsp; Sample Preparation by a Stripping-system,
?nbsp; Heating or cooling of analyser cabinet,
sample cell and inlet ducts,
?nbsp; Installation of mechanical filters at the inlet and outlet pipes
